Lagos
Carnival held on Easter Monday,
April 1, 2013. The theme
for the celebration was "Bring Back Brazil"The
carnival parade began at Falomo, Ikoyi and Lagos
Island with a grand parade at Tafawa Balewa Square.
After being told about the event, my friend said it's just
like the Notting Hill carnival in London, my reply was *yeah right*.
But looking at the beautiful pictures and
the varieties of colourful costume outfits; all I can
say is Woow!!!
